AYFCL Cheer Competition

AYFCL CHEERLEADING CHAMPIONSHIPS!!

When: Saturday 11/6/2021
Where: Spencerport's Cosgrove Middle School
Spectator Admission: $5 (Ages 5 and under are free)
Cheerleader Drop Off: Will flow through the main front loop of the campus off Spencerport Rd, NO PARKING, drop off to your coaches only.
Parent Parking: In the Parking lots behind the school off Ranger Rd, Using Door 17 & 18 for Spectator Entry
Information:
-There will not be concessions for this event however we will have bottled water and t-shirts for sale
-Masking will be required by all those in attendance 100% of the time
-Each athlete will be allowed 2 spectators (ages 5 and under do not count towards this total). This ticket must be presented at the door in order to pay for your admission at the event that day. Tickets are transferrable within each session - for example if you are a c team parent and know you will only need one spectator spot please feel free to pass your ticket along to another Flag or C family who may need a 3rd) However they are NOT transferable from session 1 to session 2 and will be color coordinated as such

Session 1 - Flag & C Teams 
Arrival and Performance Times are staggered and will be assigned by squad. The cheer coordinators pull performance order at random next week, after that you will receive a finalized schedule. 
For planning purposes - The first Flag arrival will be 3:30pm with a performance time of 4:05pm, the first C team arrival will be 3:50 with a performance time of 4:21pm. Awards for session 1 will be 4:45pm.
Again, these are times for planning only - you will receive your exact arrival time next week.

Kids will remain in the cafeteria with their coaches both before warm up and after performances. Upon completion of Session 1 the gym will be completely cleared and all children will need to be picked up outside from their coaches as we will need to clear the cafeteria to prepare for session 2. Photos and congratulations can take place outside of the school.

Session 2 - B & A Teams

For planning purposes - The first B team arrival will be 5:25pm with a performance time of 6:00pm, the first A team arrival will be 5:45pm with a performance time of 6:16pm. Awards for session 2 will be 6:40pm.
Again, these are times for planning only - you will receive your exact arrival time next week.

Special Considerations:
As you can see this will be a super quick day once you arrive at the school, the coaches will be counting on all families to be prompt with their arrival. IF YOU ARE LATE it could mean that you child would miss warm up, which would affect the whole squad and cause undue stress for coaches. Please make note of these times and info now to avoid issues next week. If you know right now that you will need help with competition hair please start making plans with other parents on your team or coaches now for assistance PRIOR to the assigned arrival time
